We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and updated.
However, product specifications, capacities, brands, prices, dimensions, technical data, images, and other information may change without notice.
Website information is provided for general guidance and should not be treated as a final technical or commercial commitment.
4. Technical and Engineering Information
Refrigeration system design depends on project-specific conditions such as:
- Room dimensions
- Product type and quantity
- Incoming product temperature
- Required room temperature
- Pull-down time
- Ambient conditions
- Insulation thickness
- Door openings
- Electrical supply
- Site conditions
Final refrigeration capacity, equipment selection, and system design will be based on approved project calculations, drawings, technical submissions, and quotations.
5. Quotations
All quotations issued by Snowland are subject to the validity, scope, exclusions, payment terms, delivery conditions, and technical specifications stated in the quotation.
Prices may change due to material costs, exchange rates, manufacturer revisions, freight charges, taxes, site conditions, or changes in project scope.
An enquiry through the website does not constitute a confirmed order.
6. Orders and Contract Confirmation
An order becomes valid only after acceptance of Snowland's quotation, receipt of an official purchase order or signed agreement where applicable, and fulfilment of the agreed payment conditions.
Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional cost and changes to the delivery schedule.
Payment Policy
Payment terms will normally be specified in Snowland's official quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed project milestones.
- Advance payments may be required before procurement or production starts.
- Materials may not be ordered until the required advance payment is received.
- Delivery, installation, commissioning, or handover may be delayed if payments are overdue.
- All applicable VAT, taxes, bank charges, or statutory fees will be payable as stated in the commercial agreement.
- Payments should be made only to officially authorized Snowland bank accounts or payment channels.
Snowland reserves the right to suspend work, supply, or services if agreed payments are not received on time.
8. Product and Equipment Availability
Equipment brands, components, and materials may be subject to availability.
Where necessary, Snowland may recommend technically equivalent alternatives, subject to project requirements and customer approval where applicable.
9. Delivery and Project Schedule
Estimated delivery or completion periods are based on normal working conditions and material availability.
Schedules may be affected by:
- Late customer approvals
- Delayed payments
- Site readiness
- Authority approvals
- Material shortages
- Manufacturer delays
- Shipping or customs delays
- Force majeure events
Snowland will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed project schedules but cannot be held responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and ensuring that the site is ready for installation.
Where applicable, the customer must arrange suitable access, electrical supply, drainage, civil works, structural support, permits, and other requirements stated in Snowland's quotation or technical documents.
11. Warranty Policy
Warranty conditions vary depending on the equipment, system, manufacturer, and project.
The applicable warranty period and coverage will be stated in Snowland's quotation, contract, invoice, warranty certificate, or handover documents.
Warranty may not apply where failure results from:
- Incorrect operation
- Improper maintenance
- Electrical problems
- Physical damage
- Unauthorized modification
- Third-party repair
- Abnormal site conditions
- Misuse of equipment
Consumables and normal wear-and-tear items may be excluded unless otherwise stated.
12. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because many Snowland products and refrigeration systems are customized and manufactured specifically for each project, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the stage of the order.
Before Procurement or Production
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If procurement or production has not started, Snowland may approve cancellation subject to deduction of any engineering, design, administrative, or other costs already incurred.
After Procurement or Production Starts
Once materials have been ordered, equipment has been purchased, fabrication has started, or customized products have entered production, advance payments may become partially or fully non-refundable.
Any cancellation charges will be based on actual costs and contractual commitments already incurred.
Custom-Made Products
Customized cold rooms, insulated panels, doors, refrigeration units, electrical panels, fabricated items, and specially ordered equipment are generally not eligible for return or refund once production or procurement has started.
Completed or Delivered Work
Amounts relating to completed engineering, supplied materials, delivered equipment, installation, or services already performed are non-refundable.
Any project-specific cancellation conditions stated in an official Snowland quotation or contract will take priority over this general policy.
13. Returns
Returns will only be considered where specifically approved by Snowland in writing.
Returned equipment must normally be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and may be subject to restocking, transport, manufacturer, or handling charges.
Custom-made or specially ordered items are generally not returnable.
